Claris Bio Establishes Corporate Headquarters in San Francisco
– Relocation positions Claris within a leading life sciences and biotech innovation hub as the company advances CSB-001 toward pivotal studies in limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD)
SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 24, 2026 – Claris Biotherapeutics, Inc., a late-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing transformative therapies for sight-threatening conditions where limited or no treatment options exist, today announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters from Jersey City, New Jersey, to San Francisco, California. The move supports Claris' next phase of growth as the company advances its lead therapeutic candidate, CSB-001 (oremepermin alfa ophthalmic solution), toward planned pivotal studies in patients with limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD) in the first half of 2027.
The new headquarters, located at 701 Gateway Blvd., Suite 250, South San Francisco, is effective October 2026. Claris' relocation follows a period of significant company momentum, including the close of a $118 million Series B financing and the appointments of Stephen Brady as President and CEO, Brian Baum as Chief Commercial Officer, and Marc de Garidel as Chairman of the Board.
